Responbilities include:
1. Meeting GMV and revenue targets per quarter
2. Managing the onsite, online, and offline marketing/merchandising
3. Optimize category structure to enhance efficient selling and finding experience
4. Design and develop buyer and seller tools
5. Maintain relationships with top buyers and sellers
