I consult and sell the administration of all tax advantaged benefits to mid market employers. This includes FSA, HRA, HSA, Commuter, COBRA, and Retiree Billing Benefits.
Pros
Being in sales is lucrative, you make money based on how hard you work. The industry is cyclical so the first half of the year is typically slow but from Sept to Feb, the pace is fast and furious. You can definitely leave work at work if you so choose and not take it home with you. And this is a product in which almost every company needs especially with the rise in healthcare and the Health Saving Account initiative by the President so there are plenty of clients to call on.
